June countryside
Let's see... All I have is scenery pictures today...
You would think that on our morning 40 minute walks that I wouldn't find much to photo... It's not like the scenery changes all that much...
The farmers are letting their green onions go to seed. All over, the green onion fields are filled with silvery orbs.
Talking about letting things go to seed! This farm shed only needs a big push before it will settle into the field itself! The farmer talks about getting the last of the tools out of the shed before he brings it down but the shed may beat him to it.
Of course the farmer and his wife have better things to do than pull down sheds. Here they are planting chrysanthemum sprouts.
In the corners of some fields are the rich blue irises!
I spotted some walking friends in the distance. A Sunday early morning walk before the day heats up is the perfect time to stop and chat with neighbors getting their exercise!
And here is one of Choco's few friends. This is Sasuke-kun whom we greet every morning. Tetsu has gotten into the habit of giving Sasuke-kun (and Choco) a treat. Sasuke-kun no longer looks forward to seeing us... only to getting his morning treat! Choco looks pretty eager too!

I used to love to take walks when we lived at the lake (when I was growing up). Walking in the countryside is much more fun than walking in a subdivision.

ReplyDeleteAw, Tetsu-san must be suffering from a complex now that the dog doesn't look fwd to HIM, but only to the treat he brings. Perhaps he will find another who will love him for himself, and not the treats.....well, he already has, you Tanya-san, you love him for himself (and his carpentry skills;-0) I'm being ornery this morning. With eyes open wide and an open mind you can find your surroundings full of interesting things to photograph. We need to learn to see, and your camera is helping me to see that! Even the rambling shed is 'beautiful'.
