Nothing is visible on the other side of the forest.
We headed to the cemetery across the street (which seemed like an appropriate place to go on a misty morning). The silk flowers on a graveside lent the only color to the scenery. Otherwise this could have been a black and white photo.
Yep...Pretty monochrome...
And then as the sun came out the fog began lifting.
Color returns.
Choco adds her own black and white to the scenery. She got a bath yesterday and is practically SHINING!
Over the dark clouds, the sky became a brilliant blue.
Isn't this scene lovely? The morning dew (and last night's rain) evaporates from the fields.
It felt like we were walking in a cloud.
By the end of the hour walk the fog had lifted and the countryside was sparkling.
Bejeweled plum blossoms glittering in the morning light.
